Is it safe to microwave breast milk? Sometimes I have no time to let the bottle sit in a bowl of hot water so sometimes I put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds.. is that okay?

Nope. It hears the milk unevenly which is dangerous for your baby and also destroys some milk components. Heat with warm water in the sink or a bowl, or with a bottle warmer (although sometimes those also make the bottles too hot).

Get a bottle warmer bc as everyone already said it's not recommended to microwave it. I have a Dr Browns bottle warmer and our bottle are done within a few minutes

Microwave half a mug of water for 30-60 seconds. Put bag of milk or small container of milk in the water. I leave it about a minute. It doesn't make it hot but it makes it warm enough that I can pour it in a bottle and baby will drink it.

No- not only does warming milk too hot destroy the composition of the milk, but microwaves can create hot spots which can burn your LO's mouth (even if you wrist checked the milk). I'd rather give my LO cold milk than microwave and risk burning his mouth/throat.
