lower left back pain ANYONE??

Three months pregnant and I'm having really bad lower left side back pain is that normal there's no bleeding or anything

Round ligament pains. Is what I was told my dr says the more baby's you have the sooner these problems can show up. With my last pregnancy I had to get a brace to help with the pain it didn't take it fully away but would relieve it to where it was tolerable. Also said I could alternate heat and ice only use it for 10 mins at a time with breaks in between.
