Hey ladies! So I'm 20 years old and I've never had bad acne.. but over the past few months my face has basically erupted. I get anywhere from 1 to 3 new huge zits per day. It's a combination of massive whiteheads and large, painful cysts. I wash my face at night, use cleansing water in the morning, eat mostly healthy, and exercise moderately. I've tried many pills, zit creams, cleanses and nothing seems to work! Also, my period is insanely irregular. Any tips??
