reflux

My baby girl just started spitting up after her early morning feeds. I'm pretty sure it's because there's too much milk and she's basically drowning in it. She eats around 8/9, goes to sleep at 10 and then doesn't get up till around 3/4. I don't do anything between her two feedings, so my breasts get very full. Should I try to pump a bit before she eats?? I'm at a loss and I hate seeing my baby spit up, even though I know it's normal. I'll add that she's about 7 weeks and a healthy little chunk, as you can tell from the picture :)
