Yes actually. It's like a one in a billon chance but you can. It's called superfetalization I believe

I had a therapy client who was born in that situation.

They initially thought they were preemie fraternal twins, but the girl was much bigger and healthier than the boy.

It turned out mom was on some kind of drug, and it, among other things, prevented her cervix from "sealing things off", so to speak.

So while she was pregnant with baby girl, early on, she got pregnant with baby boy.

Baby girl came to term, and baby boy had no choice but to come along with her. So he was a preemie, but she wasn't, so he got the cariousnesrly intervention therapies.

They're both doing well though, last I heard.
