Brown spotting????

Question

I am 6 weeks 4 days and for the past 4 days, I have been spotting DARK brown. Most of the time it's usually when I wipe but there have been two instances where I had to change my underwear (sorry, tmi). Anyone else have this? If you do, do you know how long it lasts??

I had that for about two weeks. My doctor was unconcerned, no matter how many times I called her about it. I went for my first ultrasound yesterday and we saw the heartbeat! The doctor said spotting is just something that happens sometimes, but to not be alarmed unless it is red (and even then, everything might be perfectly okay).

If you are feeling uneasy though, ask for an ultrasound. At 6 weeks, you should be able to see a heartbeat!

I am just as far along as you and had the same experience. Ultrasound was yesterday and everything was perfectly fine. I too was very worried. I suggest making an appointment with your doctor. It will at least put the questions to rest. Good luck!

Don't worry yourself too much ! Spotting can be normal in many pregnancies. This will be my third pregnancy, I have one child at home, I lost my second baby. 
I did have spotting with my last pregnancy but it came with blood on two separate occasions when I wiped as well. Red is about the only blood to be concerned about ! 
I also spotted with my current pregnancy probably for about one and a half/two weeks & I haven't had any for quite some time now.
I had my ultrasound this morning ! Baby was there measuring 6 weeks 3 days and the heartbeat was also there. Stay positive ❤
