I'm 7w5d and the abdominal cramping is getting a little more intense. Not something I can't handle, but just wanna know if I'm okay??

As long as their is no bleeding that's fine it's your uterus spreading for the baby . That's why cramping is normal .

Same here girl. Everyone keeps telling me it's normal. My mind keeps going to the worst possible but I have to remind myself that I'm fine or you'll stres yourself out. Enjoy your pregnancy
