So, there's this guy... He confuses me to no end. We've been friends for a little over a year. I've liked him for half a year. He left for college in Tennessee this year and we've gotten closer than ever despite the distance. I ended up finally telling him how I feel. He said he never really thought of me like that, despite the fact that we always flirted with each other. After I told him he started coming see me when he came home. We decided we were just friends (neither of us are in the right place for a relationship), but when he comes home he takes me out on dates; he'll hold my hand and kiss me at red lights and glance at me a lot. The dates were never really planned, always last minute, and he'd never kiss me before I left (maybe I'm just seeing something that isn't there on that one). The last time he came down I saw him for ten minutes and he didn't touch me at all. When I asked he said he didn't know why and he should have. He still says we're just friends and I am sooooo confused. I know it's not a good time for a relationship but ugh I like him. If anyone has any idea of what they think could be going on, I'd be very appreciative if you'd share!
