I'm 26 weeks 4 days. I get up to 10 BH contractions a day now. My belly tightens up and it kind of hurts. It stays that way up to 30 seconds. But they're not "trackable" they come and go thru the day.

However ive had 3 preterm births. And I'm on weekly progesterone injections to help with preterm labor. So, even tho the dr said it's normal, I'm starting to worry.

When they happen, I drink lots and lay down, but it doesn't really do much.

Anyone else have BH and go into preterm labor shortly after?
