I am an attachment parent. Plain and simple my baby is always on me, always near me, always being rocked, bounced, snuggled and soothed by me and when I don't have her someone else is snuggling her. She gets her independent play time but if she cries I pick her up.

Today I read an article saying that I should not rock, snuggle, cuddle my SICK child to sleep because it will ruin their "sleep training". I was blown away ... Really?! A sick baby? I'm 27 and I want someone to snuggle me to sleep when I'm sick.

So ... Hands off or attachment parenting?
