Sickness before period?
Asking for a friend. Does anyone else get flu-like symptoms right before your period comes? It's been happening for her for the past 3 months without any diet or lifestyle changes and she hasn't been on birth control for over 2 years. If this happens for you, what do you do to deal with it?
