How do you console yourself after another disappointing month of TTC?

It's a funny thing discussing TTC. Experts say avoid this this and this and yet, some girls I've talked to are like just getting hammered and it'll happen! LOL!!

I voted alcohol. Kinda kidding kinda not. I haven't drank any wine all this month TTC. I'll probably enjoy a few glasses while my period lasts & start looking forward to trying again next month. 😣

I don't drink or do anything harmful against myself because I didn't succeed at getting pregnant. I meditate. I talk to my body and tell it that it's ok to get pregnant that I'm ready for it. I do things that will help me conceive like read about it, read tips, try new things I haven't tried before. If you have a negative attitude about your body, as if punishing it would make it "collaborate" faster, I don't think that's the right way to go about it. Love yourself and your body. It will happen in time.
