Here's the deal. I'm leaving my emotionally abusive husband. I've been a stay at home wife  for over 3 years so basically I have nothing that's actually mine besides his last name. I do however have very wealthy parents that will welcome me and my children with open arms while I get back on my feet. My husband keeps threatening me  that since I technically don't have anything he can take me to court and take the children since he's has lots of money. I happen to know if he did take a drug test right now he would fail for both marijuana and cocain. I'm wondering if this is something I can use against him in court or any other advice I can get before I really leave him. Because I will stay if there's even a 3% chance he can take my kids full time. I was willing to co parent but I intend to be his worst nightmare if he tries to take my children away
