I stopped using nuvaring about six months ago now, and my periods still haven't gone back to normal... for a used neutering when I had made. It was very heavy and I had moderate cramps (Midol, heating pad, ect). Ever since then my periods have been very short, darker and almost brown in color sometimes, and I don't get any cramps at all!!!! I feel like things should've gotten back to normal by now, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience coming off of nuvaring? I'm not on anything currently.
