condom broke?!

Soo yesterday I thought my period ended but it decided to show up again today in the middle of sex. My boyfriend and I didn't notice until the condom broke so should I be very worried about getting pregnant? I heard you can't get pregnant on your period, is it true?

You can get pregnant during your period... come on ladies... it's legit one of the questions eve has on those daily little tests!! Just to be safe sweetie go get a plan B pill.

I wouldn't worry about it, your period is technically the egg that wasnt fertilized. The next won't be released until at least one weak after your period ends. The sperm can live inside you for a couple of days , but still it won't make more than 3 I think, plus it will most likely die for the high pH we all have down there.

It's been known to happen, but is one of the less likely times. If you have a cycle that is normally shorter, like a 3 week cycle then you're more at risk to be ovulating during/right after your period.

It depends on when you ovulate. If you're regular and log your periods, maybe check your calendar to see if you're ovulated, or already have. It's not always accurate, but will give you a good idea of when you did.
