not sure where to post this.. early miscarriage

So I'm currently having a very early miscarriage (4 weeks) i had spotting for a few days then started bleeding properly on Monday. Friday my hcg was at 30 so I'm just wondering how long I should expect to keep bleeding for? I'm still having pregnancy symptoms and my boobs have gotten much more sore now I can't touch them at all.
