Are any of you changing habits before TTC?

For example: Weaning off of caffeine and changing some of your products. I get overwhelmed by how much google says can be harmful to a pregnancy. I feel like once I get that bfp I have to be ready! My deodorant has aluminum in it, which apparently is terrible... so now I'm struggling to figure out what deodorant solutions to try. And then the parabens, retinol, sulfate, formaldehyde, and bpa in things.... gah! Like all of my products have something potentially harmful. I feel like I have to turn my whole life around to accommodate lowering the potential risks. Not sure if this is just what I have to adapt, or if its unnecessary. Thoughts? What are you guys planning to do?
