Anyone else go on lexapro and loose a lot of hair? I was on it for only a week and WOW i lost more than half of my thickness in my hair and it still continues even after stopping it.

It might just be regular postpartum hair loss and not the lexapro. Also just in case you are breastfeeding... lexapro is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers. But with that said I've taken it before and it helped me! Good luck!

I agree that it might just be postpartum hair loss.  My hair is getting EVERYWHERE right now.  It's gross.  If you don't mind my asking, why Lexapro?  I'm on Prozac because I've had negative physical reactions to Zoloft, but I think Zoloft is the first choice SSRI (IF you are breastfeeding). Prozac transfers much more in breast milk, but neither my OB nor pediatrician are worried.  I haven't noticed any side effects in my baby.

No, I did not experience that but I found that lexapro does nothing for me at all even after she increased my dosage except for make me drowsy.
