Heart palpitations before pregnancy

Im almost 35 weeks pregnant and i have heart palpitations that ive had before i got pregnant, but i kept forgetting to mention it to my dr. I go back tomorrow and im going to talk to her about it. Do you think she will opt for me to have a c-section or you think she will want me to try naturally first? Im scared to death to have him, in any way. Im afraid of the pain and any complications that could put me or my baby at risk.
