sleep regression??
Baby only naps in 30 minute increments today. It's usually 1.5 hours up 1.5 hours down. Is this the 4 month sleep regression? What do I do? Ftm not sure if I should pick up my 14 week old that's slamming his legs in the swing or what lol. HELP.
