The whole middle front section of my belly has been numb or tingly feeling for a few days now.

How far along? When I got into my 9th month I had numbness in 'y belly skin. It's due to the skin being so stretched which affects the nerves.

Yup! I'm having one and my doctor said it's just a symptom of the skin stretching to accommodate the baby. Should go back to normal after birth.

I had a twin pregnancy and by the time I hit about 7 months I was numb all over my belly. By the time I got to my 35 weeks I could not stand being touched on my belly at all. I was itchy all the time and could never get relief. Thankfully my girls can at 37+3. So I only had to wait a couple weeks.
