mine. Used to be super heavy but got a mirenaand it all changed.1 day period, 1 panty liner, no side effects.

Mine is the same way. I need super small tampons on the second day but the first and third days I only need panty-liners

my period is 3 days. 2 days are like that. hardly need a liner, only blood when i wipe. the 2nd day is usually medium to heavy flow.
