I am not sexually active but my period is very irregular and I get killer cramps and bad acne. I am 19 and I was just wondering if I should take the pill? Would it help? This is my first time on here so any help would be great. Thanks!

The pill helped me a ton when I was on it! My period came like clockwork. Acne was much better as well. I recommend it

Taking the pill can potentially help with all of those things! If you do end up going to the doc for birth control, make sure you tell them the reasons you want it (irregular period, acne, painful cramps) so they can pick the pill that they think will be best for your concerns (some brands are known for being helpful for certain issues like the ones you listed).
