That's a laxative, right? Can also be used for indigestion. Of course you can swallow it. (You're kind of supposed to hun) But, it won't help the cold sore. Unless you were trying to say Nystatin oral liquid, or the swish and swallow. That's safe to swallow as well, and will take care of any thrush, or yeast in your mouth, but still won't help the cold sore. Can I recommend using a cotton ball soaked in 90 percent alcohol, applied directly to the cold sore 4-6 times per day, or as needed? If it's inside your mouth, try warm salt water, and Kanka liquid for Kankor sores. Or any type of orajel liquid.
