I'll be 12weeks on Tuesday, throughout this whole pregnancy I've have light brown/pink spotting on an off, lasting about 2-3 days before disappearing. On Friday, the spotting started once again, though this time it's a lot more. It's not actually leaking into a pad but it's enough to cover the toilet paper whenever I wipe. It's dark brown/red. I haven't really had cramping, maybe a slight one here or there. I was wondering if anyone else had something similar or if these are the signs of a miscarriage? I have an appintment on Tuesday but I was wondering if I should just go into the emergency room tonight, or hold out until tomorrow and call my doctor? TIA!
