Is it possible to ovulate early?

Last night I felt a lot of lower abdomen cramping on the right side as i usually feel when i am ovulating, but this time it seemed to me that it was a lot earlier than normal. 
But Glow says that i should be ovulating tomorrow (cycle day 13).
I'm confused 😂
Is it possible to ovulate earlier than expected, or was it my intestines tricking me?

Yes, you can ovulate anytime. Typically it is two weeks after the first day of your period, but I ovulate at different times each month. The only way you'll know for sure is to use ovulation tests. I recommend Wondfo off of amazon, they are cheap and reliable.

Glow said I should ovulate on Jan 28 but I was using first response digital OPK and it said I ovulated on Jan 15...I think it's definitely possible to ovulate early and glow isn't always accurate
