Stroller

So long story short my husband accidentally lost our stroller on the highway. It was a travel system - Zobo Element car seat and stroller. I can't buy just the stroller so I would have to purchase the travel system again. It's currently on sale - about $150. So while I'm at it, I'm going to see what else is out there. I liked the stroller because it opens and closes with one hand, I just pull on the handle. Are there any others out there in that price range that y'all recommend? Or is there a stroller I could buy that would work with my car seat? I'm a first time mom and my son is only 7 weeks old so I don't know much about them. I just had learned how to use that one!
