Night time period tip!
I wear tampons during the day but I'm to scared to try st night so I wear pads. For anyone else who does I'm guessing you know how it can get messy and ruin a few pairs of your underwear😂. Well tip for you to make it a little less messy, Put an underwear liner in the back of your underwear so it covers it all and doesn't spread to the back!
