early babymoon/anniversary trip - Tennessee

Wasn't too sure where to post this but here goes... we had a cruise planned In the beginning of march, but after finding out I'm pregnant we decided not to go! It's our 5th wedding anniversary and we still want to take a trip. We're planning on renting a cabin somewhere in Tennessee Mayb smokey mountains area. Anyone have any cabin recommendations??? I'm in Texas so not familiar with Tennessee at all! TIA
