Confused and Concerned 😳

Hi ladies. I'm 31 weeks 6 days pregnant with my first baby. And at this moment, since I woke up this morning I've had pressure in my entire pelvic area. I also have acute back pain, and my rectum area hurts as well. I can't really stand at this point. Feels too uncomfortable. Also, my little girl has been moving nonstop for the past hour.

Should I be concerned or is this normal.?
