Placental Abruption
I'm 23w and found out I have a small placental abruption...about a centimeter in size. I haven't had any bleeding, cramps or contractions and was observed in a hospital for 24hrs. Has anyone else had this and it got better? My Dr told me to take it easy, no exercise or lifting but didn't put me on bed rest.
