Don't. Use what kind of butter. That is not good for people and supposedly has a links with cancer due to the butter for a dietitian that I talked with

I eat popcorn ALL the time. We have a pressure cooker, though, so it's done on the stovetop. Before I got married (pressure cooker came with the husband!) I used to buy the plain kernels. You out 3-4 tablespoons of kernels into a paper lunch bag, fold down the top and secure it with a small piece of tape. A few minutes (can't remember exactly how long) in the microwave and it's ready - which no chemicals or fake butter!
