Cold/Flu and pregnant!! Kill me now 😥

Hello ladies!! I am dying today... I must have caught my 3 year olds cold because I am achey, chilled, coughing and my throat feels like it's being cut with a razor blade.. And to top it off my cramps are something else. Ahhhhh! Anyone have any natural remedies to help me?? Thanks!!
