20w pregnant. No known allergies & broke out in hives. Red, raises bumps, patchy and hot to the touch. Has anyone experienced this?

Hives? I break out occasionally from gluten and it started like 6 months ago and I'm 31! I just take some medicine and I'm gtg.

Could be from extreme amount of stress or anxiety. When I would have a major anxiety attack which was uncommon for me or to be super stressed I'd break out in hives. My doctor agreed with me as I'm not allergic to anything and didn't change anything.

Look into the ingredients of the products you use on your face! The app Think Dirty was so helpful to me! I was using burts bees sensitive facial wash and had really dry patches and it turns out there's an ingredient in the face wash that causes eczema!

Sounds and looks like an allergic reaction, check your food consumption of the last two days and check if there's anything particular you have consumed. 
I suffer of many allergies, so considering the level of sensitivity during my pregnancy I have considered a very strict diet. 
The only medicine if necessary I can take is Loratadine. If the rash doesn't pass within a few hours consult your doctor immediately. Allergies can be dangerous especially if you haven't experienced any before.

I am allergic to anything with perfumes in them it doesn't really look like hives but it dose looks like an allergic reaction

I'm allergic to all kinds of things I'm not normally allergic to while I'm pregnant. Mostly contact dermatitis, things like makeup, lotions, the wax they use on eyebrows etc. My last pregnancy when I got my eyebrows done half my face swelled so much I couldn't see out of one eye O.o but it's not problem when I'm not pregnant lol. This go around I'm allergic to the cover up I've been using for 3 years.

I have something similar on my legs and arms at 20 weeks...hopeful it will go away soon because I am itching like crazy! Hope yours is resolved soon too!!

I'm 18 weeks and this has happened to my face randomly since I was around 10 weeks. When I'm hot or after I shower or apply ANY type of lotion. I was told by my nurse practitioner it will go away the further along the pregnancy gets. You just have extra blood flow and hormones change how your skin reacts to almost anything. Nothing to worry about, it's normal👍🏼
