So I am a swimmer and today at my swim practice I started my period and didn't realize it yet. So my crush is also on my team and he was a few people behind me while we were practicing our starts off the blocks. After I got out of the water my crush told me I had blood running down my leg and panicked!! I immediately felt my face turn red and felt like crying so I ran into the locker yelling hat I have to go to the bathroom. I'm was so embarrassed I stayed in the locker room for the rest of practice and cried (there was only like 15 minutes left). Now I don't even want to go to practice tomorrow because it'll be too embarrassing. What do I do?? 😭😭😩
