I bottlefeed breastmilk. And formula at night (1-2 times).

I'm 7 weeks PP. It's honestly way too hard for me to have a life and keep my sanity when pumping every 2-3 hours. I used to pump every 4 hours or so. Then I did it every 6 hours and gradually transitioned to now 7 hours. I get 5-6 oz in 30 minutes. I'm happy about that. Plus, it'll totally be easier to stop pumping once I decide to stop at 6 months! I have a lot of breastmilk in the fridge and freezer. So pumping every 7 hours actually is possible!!
