We have been TTC for a while now (Just kinda winging it nothing fancy) but my period was being SOO irregular like always. I wanted to do this naturally. So after some research I came across vitex. It has regulated my period almost immediately!! And the red raspberry is supposed to also help with getting heathy and pregnant! Anyone used these things or heard anything?
