Is cheating ever okay?

I wonder what you ladies really think about a guy cheating. Are there ever circumstances in which it is forgivable or understandable?

If he cheats he leaves. 
If he can't control himself around other women then he's better off elsewhere, maybe with other animals in a zoo or something.

Is it okay? No. Are there some situations where it makes sense? Yeah.

Example. My bf has a cousin who is married and has 2 kids. Well when he gets drunk, he always hits on me. Always fonds excuses to touch my shoulder or shake my hand. Tell me im beautiful. Of course not infront of his wife. ( Ive always told my bf every time this happens also to be clear). Well, his wife. Shes super cold toward him. He tries to be affectionate, and shes legit like, get the fuck away frm me. Dont touch me. Like, shes not nice to him ever that ive seen in 4 years. Now, nothing excuses him hitting on me. Nothing. Its not okay at all. But, seeing the way she is with him, it makes sense.

It is never OK, but I do feel like it can be forgivable under the right circumstances.
