So I had a routine 2 week appointment this past week and my husband doesn't want me driving since we have had some scares before of her coming early. My MIL had the day off and offered to take me but I told her that I'd like to be in the room alone since I had some pretty personal stuff to tell the doctor and that he didn't order an ultrasound for this appointment. When they called my name she made her way into the exam room thinking I was lying about an ultrasound I guess. She gets in there and asks the doctor about an ultrasound and he says I don't need one because my baby is perfectly healthy and she looked at me like "oops". She ended up having to leave again anyway because unneeded to talk to him about discomfort and pain I've been having. Anybody else have a MIL like this?
