I met my fiancé at work back in 2014 after him being in the Marines for 8 years. We worked for different departments and we had to communicate with eachother (phone/IMs/email) every day. We didn't know what eachother looked like but we hit it off instantly. About a month later, our department got invited to his department's safety BBQ. We "officially" met in person and we shook hands. Talked for a quick minute and I went back to work. I got back to my desk and he asked for my number through an IM. Fast forward to today, we are engaged, own a house, a fur baby, and ttc our rainbow baby ❤. We are complete opposites but he is my other half.
