I am about to get married in 2 months and I would love to get as much marriage advice as possible. What is your best advice for a newlywed couple? And any advice on life after having children? Thanks!!

Wait a little while before having kids, you want to enjoy being married to each other. I am so glad we waited as long as we did before our baby girl came along! Be selfish with one another. Trust me, you don't want to share you're new husband with pregnancy hormones lol!!!

Choose to love. You will not always be "in love". Those feelings can go away, especially as you get older. So love is a choice you make every day!

Be selfless! Marriage isn't about making your life better, it's about being a partner and there for your spouse. Don't think about what they can always be doing for you. If you are kind and loving and selfless, they will be also. At least that's what I've experienced! Good luck!

Never go to bed angry
Discuss big things between yourselves before involving anyone else includes family 
Dont complain or bitch about the other person to family or friends if you have a bone to pick talk to each other and work through it.

If one is angry give them time and space before talking about said issue.

Once the honey moon is over try to keep the spark going .

Work as a team on everything

Children are the responsibility of both of you share chores

Have date nights planned in advance so there is no confusion.

Most of all be happy with each other no matter what everyone has their little quirks.

Training a husband takes time lol.

I know everyone says it but it's true - on the day of getting married  itself, make sure you take some time out for just you and him - even if it's ten minutes. The day flies, and you have so many people that you want to see - if you're not careful you can miss the point of the day which is sharing the love for your husband 💙
