Penis Problem

Recently, while giving my boyfriend a handjob I noticed a lump on the tip of his penis. When I confronted to him about it he ended up confessing to me that since we have been having a lot of sex, he has gotten sores (cuts) on his penis.. specifically under the foreskin. The lump on the tip is clearly a skin tag, though I am not sure what the lumps are under the foreskin they also look like skin tags. Has anyone experience this with their partner? And if so and they are they skin tags how can they be removed?
