large clumps

I posted in the 'love & sex' section 2 days ago with my symptoms and I was 6 days late for my period, me and my boyfriend had been having unprotected sex after I finished my pills (loestrin 20) but my doctors was shut so I couldn't get more for a few weeks. But now I've come on and it's not much blood but more discharge and clumps? Whenever I've had clumps they've been tiny and I've never had discharge with my period.

My symptoms were:

• Severe belly pain, below my belly button and mainly on the right

• Heaches and dizziness/going lightheaded

• Sore and tender breasts (I've noticed that they've also grown quite a lot as I was between a 34G and a 34GG and now my 34GG is quite a bit too small)

• Smells seemed stronger than they was

• Late period (late by 7 days overall)

The clump lower down is the one that's worrying me, the lots of little clumps on the right are the ones that have loads of discharge I never have discharge and the clump at the bottom was actually kind of hard,

(sorry it's a bad picture - I used flash and ruined it but didn't check after taking it)

Does anyone know what this could be? I can't find anything online and my doctors are useless as they're all trainees😒😩

All google is saying is that I'm pregnant? Could I be? I can't get hold of a test yet.
