10 weeks and his comments to me just make me cry

So I'm 10 weeks. We are both really happy. But I have been extremely tired and lazy. So the past couple days he's been saying stuff like it's not like u do anything. Or u can't even fold the laundry. Or feed the cats. I'm so upset he gets upset that I'm not cooking the way I used to. I'm sorry I must be alone but the smell or look of raw meat is not sitting well with me. But what should I do em I just being emotional. Or what :(
