Soylent Day 5

So ladies as you know I'm living on a diet completely of soylent. Sorry I haven't updated I went through sugar withdrawal and it was really hard. I was having migraines everyday but I feel amazing now. I am a bit worried. My weight has dropped 10lbs. I know that is mostly water but that still is alot so I brought my caloric intake up to 2000 calories. I also have developed this red rash around my forehead and eyes. If anyone can explain that to me itd be much appreciated. Other than that my changes have been very positive. I am energized my hair is thicker. I'm less "greasy" all over. I'm sweating a lot less and my waistline has dropped an inch. Its nice for my pants to fit better. I feel more motivated overall. I feel like my eyesight is improving a bit. I can take my glasses off and see at distances I never could before. I don't know if that is related or not. My skin pigmentation has come back. I used to be very tan and as I got lazier and fatter my skin got lighter. Well my skin is glowing and dark again. My veins are a lot more prominent everywhere on my body. I haven't seen them since I was thin. Idk I think this will be a positive change. I go through rotation daily on what I add in my drinks. It goes in rotation of bananas, strawberries, almond butter, milk, cacao powder, and coffee. I have made a couple of attempts at solid soylent. I tried pancakes first which was a failure it fell to pieces. I then heated some in a mug in the microwave. It came up like a cupcake but omg it was disgusting. I took a bite and I initially thought it tasted good so I took a bigger bite and holy hell it was disgusting. I choked it down as I didn't want to waste it and immediately vomited after. I felt horrible all day and couldn't even hear the name soylent without gagging. That was day 3. On day four I was successful. I made a soylent meal bar. I did 2 parts soylent .25 part water and mixed it together then heated it two minutes in the microwave. I then mashed it into a square on parchment paper and put it in the freezer for two hours. It tastes okay plain and you can drizzle anything overtop as well. I'm pretty proud of it. My husband has decided to join me but he is doing 2 meals soylent 1 meal regular. So far so good. So here are my stats below.

Weight: 235lbs (10lbs loss)

Height: 5'4"

Bowel movements: very solid and very regular once in morning once in evening(used to be often and runny)

Energy levels (scale 1-10): 8( last week it was 6)

Water intake average: 180floz (before soylent 27 floz)

Caloric intake average: 1500kcal (before 2300kcal)

Exercise average: 1hour of yoga 1hour of cardio daily

Symptoms: red itchy rash on face around forehead and eyes, migraines, vomit

Food consumed in soylent: banana, strawberries, almond butter, milk, cacao powder, coffee

Once again if you wish for me to add any stats or if you have any questions or concerns comment below. Also no soylent is not people. Hahaha funny joke. Again i am aware of the risks of this experiment. I am recording the quality of life living off of soylent and the changes its made to my body. I am embracing those changes as they come and if I at all feel in danger I will adjust or stop. So far so good. Again if anyone can tell me why I've developed this rash itd be much appreciated.
