Really bad pains in cervix area😪

For the past two days I have been having pain in my cervix / pelvis area like to the point I almost want to cry. It stops me in my tracks and I can't move or speak! Trying not to have to go back to the hospital just to be sent home so think I am going to call my OB today and see if she can give me some insite on what it may be! Or at least see me and check and see if I have made any progression. To me it feels like the baby has finally dropped down in to my birth canal lord I hope so!
