Period after MC

I've been sick to my stomach for the passed 3-4 days. Cramps, nausea, fatigue and diarrhea (TMI) and just this morning I started bleeding. It's been a month since my miscarriage and I've heard that your first period after an mc can be awful. Mine have never been this bad.

Just curious about your first period after a miscarriage.
