📚 Bookworms! Help!

I know this is quite far from the topic but I need your advice on taking care of books. I'm reorganizing my small library. I've got many books that came in today and most of them have turned yellowish or a brownish color (prolly from acidity, IDK). I want to know if I should put them in a different shelf or not?
