red lines on nails???

Question

Excuse the shitty nail polish. But does anyone else have this on their nails?? I've googled it and it says I could have cancer or heart failure so before I panic, someone give me their input 🙂

They just look thin and flimsy. Maybe try taking a keratin supplement and use a nail hardening polish/base coat.

Improve your diet and drink lots of water. They will get stronger. Also a multivitamin could help, as most of nail problems are due to lack of nutrients in your body. Biotin is a great supplement for nails and hair. I'd take the two combined for a couple months then stick with the multivitamin plus a healthy diet.

Drink more water and eat healthy. Iv had that plenty of times when my diet is really bad or just not eating enough. It could be caused by blood not circulating well also
