do you think he would?

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. I'll be 37 weeks and 5 days. I am in the most excruciating pain in my uterus and legs to where I can't even get off the couch. I'm not being impatient, I am fine not going till 41 weeks but this pain is starting to get unbearable. I have a 4 year old and am a stay at home mom and this pain is really affecting my day to day life. Do you think this is a good reason to ask to be induced between 39 and 40 weeks or would the doctor think I'm ridiculous?
